During this internship, I established the CMF design guidelines of 17 gaming products for internal design, engineering and marketing team, and delivered hands-on CMF solutions and documentation through cross-functional collaboration.

As my first internship after graduation, this was an invaluable opportunity
to collaborate closely with industry-leading designers and engineers,
bridging the gap between creative CMF design and mass-production
realities. During this project, I:
Improved cross-functional collaboration efficiency by ~40% by establishing the first scalable CMF design guideline.
Enabled ID designers to explore form and CMF directions seamlessly alongside CMF designers during early phases, while maintaining strict alignment with engineering and manufacturing constraints.
Later refined and integrated the workflow with UI/UX designers to unify the broader design ecosystem.
